We HIGHLY encourage you to arrive no later than 6:15. Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm. If you arrive after 6:30 access to the venue will be restricted until after completion of the ceremony. No guest will be allowed to enter once we begin. With that being said, please take into consideration that our wedding is taking place on a Friday evening, traffic downtown and coming across the 2nd street bridge can be a bit slow.

We want all of our guests to look their best! We are asking that all guest in attendance come in their fanciest ALL BLACK attire. For men this means no jeans, no shorts, and no sports wear of any kind, including tennis shoes. We are asking that you wear a shirt with a collar (ties optional).

For women we are asking that your attire be semi formal. We are also asking that women leave the tennis shoes at home as well, the bride will have slippers provided for you, so you can ditch your fancy shoes when the party really gets going!!

While we would love to invite every single person we know to celebrate our special day with us, it just isn't possible. We have worked diligently to narrow down our guest list to the people who have played a major role in supporting our love story.

With that being said your invitation was addressed to the people we have accounted for. If you were granted a plus one it was clearly indicated on your invitation. If your invitation was addressed to you only, that means we have only saved a seat for you. The guest list has been looked over and finalized, please do not reach out to the bride or groom asking if someone can be added to your invitation. The answer is no.

Please respect not only our wishes but our privacy and refrain from bringing extra guest with you.

Any uninvited parties will be turned away at the door.

If you know us then you KNOW we love a date night!! We decided to turn our wedding into the ultimate date night, so that means NO KIDS!!

The vibe of the night will be a celebration of love with a sprinkle of sexy.

If you show up with a kid in tow you will be turned away at the door as there will not be any chiildcare provided.

We want everyone to celebrate with us and have THE BEST TIME, but we also want to encourage safety. We have secured a room block at The Moxy Louisville. It is located right next to the Humana building downtown, and practically right at the base of the bridge you will cross to access our venu. There are only a certain number of rooms blocked so if this is something that may interest you, we suggest that you book it ASAP. You can find the link to our hotel block under the travel tab of our website. If you choose to book a room here, we suggest coming to the event via Uber or Lyft. This will make sure that you don't have to deal with the hassle of trying to find and navigate parking downtown. Remember you will not be able to enter the ceremony space after 6:30!
